This service is for whole room or multiple room floor plans, design, furniture, fixture and finish specification. This step leads you to the presentation. Then, it is time for you to hire contractor and/or sub-contractors.

Step 1

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

During the initial consultation, we discuss project parameters with you; scope, aesthetic, budget, things you love, things you don't, etc, etc, etc. You'll provide us with: Pictures of your space/ Inspiration Images / Layouts of your space.

Step 2

DESIGN PROPOSAL

After we fine tune all of the information gathered in step one, we'll send you a proposal to review, which breaks down our design fees, timelines, and the estimated flow of the project. One the proposal is approved, it's official, we're in business. 

Now, we get to work!

Step 3

DESIGN CONCEPT

After the proposal has been approved, we will start working on your first design concept. When we're finished, you'll receive a design concept that includes:

- Custom Conceptual Board and Color Story

- Mood boards with custom-sourced furnishings, finishes, fabric and paint /trim selections in a Printed Booklet that is yours to keep.

- Detailed floor plan to scale with all furniture selections

- Elevations and Schematic drawings

- Comprehensive Budget Planning

- Sourcebook/ Purchasing proposal with live links

STEP 4

REVISIONS

After receiving and reviewing the first design concept and accompanying sourcebook, you'll provide us with notes so we can make sure to get the design as close to your dream as possible. Two rounds of revisions (v.2 + v.3) are included. 

But wait, there's more!

 We never want you to feel abandoned through this process, so we include 2 hours of email and/or phone support time during the implementation phase. This allows you to contact us if something isn't going to plan or you've hit a snag. Any work outside of the allotted 2 hour window will be billed at our hourly studio rate, per our contract.
