Step 1

SCope of the project

We discuss project parameters with you; scope, aesthetic, budget, things you love, things you don't, how you use the space, etc, etc, etc. In this phase, we collect the following from you:

Pictures of your space/ Inspiration Images /Layouts of your space/ Estimated budget

Step 2

THE SITE VISIT

 After we fine tune all of the information gathered in step one, we'll arrange a site visit to experience the space in person, take any needed measurements, learn more about what your dreams for the space are, etc…

Then, we'll send you a proposal to review, which breaks down our design fees, timelines, and the estimated flow of the project. One the proposal is approved, it's official, we're in business. 

Step 3

DESIGN CONCEPT 1

After the proposal has been approved, we will start working on your first design concept. When we're finished, you'll receive a design concept that includes:

- Custom Conceptual Board and Color Story

- Mood boards with custom-sourced furnishings, finishes, fabric and paint /trim selections in a Printed Booklet that is yours to keep.

- Detailed floor plan to scale with all furniture selections

- Elevations and Schematic drawings

- Comprehensive Budget Planning

- Sourcebook/ Purchasing proposal with live links

-3D renderings– 1-2 Photo-realistic renderings - 360 view

-Samples

- Production of specific documentation to be used by contractor: (millwork specification, finish selections such as flooring and paint, lighting plans and fixture selection, plumbing location, fixture selection and electrical layout).

REVISIONS (v2/V3)

 After receiving and reviewing the first design concept and accompanying sourcebook, you'll provide us with notes so we can make sure to get the design as close to your dream as possible. Two rounds of revisions (v.2 + v.3) are included.
